Former football heroes Marcus Stewart and Stephen Darby are leading a team of ex-pros, friends, family and fundraisers on a 178 mile walk from Wembley Stadium to Portman Road, the home of Ipswich Town FC to raise awareness and funds in aid of MND (Motor Neurone Disease).
The three day walk which commences on Friday 21 March is broken down into 44 stages, as the group stop off at numerous football clubs along the way including Brentford FC.
All funds raises are being donated to the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation. Stephen established the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation in 2019 and Marcus is working hard with the Foundation to raise awareness of MND and fund research into treatments and a cure.
